Visiting Researchers Programme aims at international researchers from other Institutions/Universities interested in making research stays at the University of A Coruña.These researchers can be either Visiting Scholars or Visiting PhD students for a research stay.
The International Doctoral School of the UDC (EIDUDC) was created in 2013. It organises, manages and supervises doctorate programmes offered by the University of A Coruña. Every Ph.D. student at the University of A Coruña has to be enrolled at the Doctoral School.
The University of A Coruña is committed to creating a technology park, aimed at fostering progress and innovation. This technological park is formed by a complex group of research centers whose final objective is to increase the linkages with industry and the community.
Knowledge Transfer Office
The Knowledge Transfer Office (OTRI) is the interface between UDC researchers and the industry. This unit supports UDC research groups to find agreements with industries. It is also responsible of spin-off companies started from UDC research results.
Vice-rectorate for Research and Transfer
The Vice-rectorate for Research and Transfer is responsible for research infrastructure and research programmes at UDC. It supports research, technological transfer and innovation within the university community. This Vice-rectorate provides research facilities for faculty members, promotes a sustainable research environment, communicates the results and impact of UDC research and evaluates research and transfer results.
